We had a wonderful stay in this centrally located accommodation which was perfect for our day out. the room and bathroom were clean, and we enjoyed the nice design. the power in the shower was great, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It was easy to explore the city, as it was close to both the city center and public transportation. We loved the great view from our room!

There was a bit of noise from the surrounding apartments, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

Great location and clean room. the room had a large bathroom, which was a plus. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

Getting the keys was a complete disaster, with poor instructions and nobody available to help. the process took so long and made us feel unwelcome.

Great location close to all the city center tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean and has nice facilities. Easy transportation as there is a lift inside the building. The warm welcome and amazing customer service provided by the staff was fantastic.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The central location was perfect for our city break, with everything we needed right outside our door. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the option to use a discounted city garage for parking. our room had a fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee which was a nice touch.

Finding the key pick-up location was a bit tricky and took some extra effort. In general, the instructions could be improved to make it more user-friendly with clearer landmarks.
